I love having my own apartment and cooking food constantly. My grocery bill is way too high, but it's so nice to come home from class and have food in the pantry. At least I don't eat out very much anymore..and, as a plus, I've gained about 7 lbs. since I've moved here. It's much easier to buy clothes now. Blah Blah..I hope I'm not becoming a comfort eater. :-P AHh, I'm so hungry that I'm blogging about food.
It rains every day here..I'm gonna call my apt "The Arc."

Sickly one
Today I ventured off to Destin where I spent money that I should be saving, but I suppose everyone needs a little indulgence every once in a while, right? It was such a nice day, too. I stopped by the TV station to visit my dad on the way home, and happened to catch him while he was doing the news. Gosh! I haven't seen some of those people in such a long time! A handful of them have known me since I was born, so it's always nice to get to see my long-lost family members :-P.
On Sunday, I woke up with the worst, most sudden sore throat ever. I thought I had the flu, but as the days pass, I'm starting to think I have strep. I have no appetite at all, no cough, just that dull ache in the back of my throat. It just keeps getting worse and worse; now the medicine doesn't even do much. I don't want to get Michael sick! I can imagine having the pain from the wisdom teeth surgery on top of the pain from strep throat. Ick. (I hope his family likes me :-P)
Bijou is sitting on my lap! She's the most precious thing ever! I wish I could take her to college with me. Little Angel Puss! Oww..now she's climbing up my leg!!! Maybe she's not so precious...
What else, what else..I guess I'm going to go to bed now, so I don't have to talk to anyone else and sound like a man.

So, I see that Michael added some nice pictures of Raisin and a dolphin/shark to my blog..I still don't know how to add pictures without screwing it up. I guess for now Michael is my official picture-adder!
Everyone is at internship. Zzzz.. I'm so glad mine's over. I went this afternoon, and asked Mrs. Rogers to fill out my evaluation sheet. Superior, what! I'm going to miss the kids so much. It was really interesting to get to watch them for 3 months, and teach them things they'll never forget. I wonder if they'll remember "Miss Molly" who helped them learn to read the Bug Books by the time they're seniors in high school? I hope so.
2 weeks and 1 day until I leave for Italy. Strangely enough, I'm not really excited about it. I know it'll be a great thing to experience, but in a way, I think I'd rather spend my Spring Break with my friends here on Shell Island or in Destin.
Wow...9 weeks until graduation. I can't believe that. :-)
